   This piece of property is deeded to the Church of God and is located in the 
same section and range as the property listed in entry No. 35 and 43 and 
evidently is additional property of the Church listed in the above mentioned 
forms, said property is located about one and one alf miles Northeast of 
Forest, Louisiana and lying in Section 15, Township 22, North Range 10 East, 
on a dirt road, as shown by the following description taken from page 328 of 
Notarial Book V.
   A parcel of land described as follows; beginning ninety feet East of the 
North West corner of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 21 North 
Range 10 East. and running due East 48 yards, thence South 48 yards, West 48 
yards, thence North 48 yards to the point of beginning and being out of the
Northeast part of South East 1/4 of South East 1/4 of Section 15 Township 21, 
North Range 10 East, situated in the Parish of West Carroll State of Louisiana.
   The pastor of the above described Church is the Rev. Howard Williams of 
Forest, Louisiana Route.
   Note: This piece of land is deeded to the same Church as entry No. 43, but 
was never accepted by the Church information by Mr. H.M. Taylor, Member
