   The above named Church is located about one and one half miles West of 
Terry, La. on the Beouf River road where the old Ark-Delhi road intersects 
said Beouf River road, and lying in Section 5 Township 22 North Range 11 East, 
as shown in the following description taken from page 385 of Notarial Book X.
   A certain lot of ground desribed as follows; beginning on the North side of 
and adjoining to the Beouf river road, running West from the old Ark-Delhi 
road at a point twenty seven yards west from intersection of said roads, 
thence running West along the North side of the Beouf River road for sixty 
yards, thence running North thirty yards thence running in an easterly 
direction parallel with the said Beouf River road sixty yards, thence running 
South thirty yards to point of beginning all being in the North 1/2 of South 
West 1/4 of Section 5 Township 22, North Range 11 East situated in the Parish 
of West Carroll State of Louisiana.
   The Pastor of the above described Church is the Rev. Earl B. Emmerich, Oak 
Grove, La.
