    The Penticostal Assembly of Kilbourne is located in the Village of 
Kilbourne as the name implies and as shown in the following description taken 
from Page 251, Notarial Book Z.
    Lot 3 block 19 of J.C. Stephenson third addition to the Town of Kilbourne, 
Louisiana, together with all improvements there on, there to belonging, 
situated in the Parish of West carroll State of Louisiana.
    The Pastor of the above described Church is the Rev. H.S. Howell, 
Kilbourne, Louisiana.
