   The above named Church is located in the Village of Forest, La. as shown in 
the following description taken from page 4 of Notorial Book G.
   A certain parcel of land described as follows; beginning east of Clover 
Street opposite corner of Block B and Clover and Cherry Street east of the 
town of Forest as per plat of said town on file and ofrecord in the Clerk's 
office of West Carroll Parish, La. thence running North one hundred fifty 
feet, thence East one hundred forty feet, to point of beginning.
   The above described Church is defunct according to a member of the Forest 
Baptist church who has lived in Forest for the past 31 years, and the last 
Pastor of the above mentioned Church was the Rev. Gill.  However he did not 
know his other names nor his address.
