Crow Pardon recorded 5 March 1915 Executive Deptartment State of Louisiana To whom it may concern: Whereas at a session of the Honorable the Ninth District court, Parish of East Carroll, State of Louisiana, held on 12 day of May 1914, Mansfield Crow was tried and convicted of the crime of shooting with intent to kill and for said offence was sentenced by His Honor, the Judge of said court to serve a term of six months in the Parish jail of the parish of East Carroll. And whereas upon the recommendation of the Board of Pardons, I have thought proper to grant a full pardon to said Mansfield Crow, with full restoration to all rights of citizenship. Now, therefore' I, Luther Egbert Hall, Governor of the State of Louisiana, by virtue of the power vested in me by the constitution, do hereby grant a full pardon to said Mansfield Crow, with full restoration to all rights of citizenship and do hereby direct you to take notice here of and for so doing this shall be your sufficiant warrent and authority .
