Eighteen hundred and sixty eight in the presence of the witnesses hereinafter is named and undersigned, before me Charles H. Graff, a Notary Public in and for the Parish of Carroll and State of Louisiana duly commissioned and sworn. Personally came and appeared Joseph Bonner, W. F. Bonner, Mary Bonner, and Margaret E. Bonner the Agent and Attorney in fact of Nannie Fitch. all residents of the Parish and State of Louisiana being children and joint heirs of the late Dr. G. H. Bonner, who declare unto me Notary that for and in consideration of the sum of Two Dollars per acre to them in hand paid, they do hereby jointly and severally sell and transfer unto Blackman Wallace also if the said parish And State all their right title and interest in the following described bodies of land lying and situate in the Parish of Carroll and State of Louisianato wit; The south-east quarter of North West quarter,and north half and South west quarter of South West quarter of Section No.18 in Township No.21 North of Range Ten East and containing One Hundred and sixty acres, also another tract of land situate adjacent to and bordering on the above described body of land and same also belonging to the estate of the late Dr. G. H. Bonner and containing Eighty acres more or less. with all improvements there unto belonging To have and to hold unto the said Blackman Wallace to him , his heirs and assigns for his and their own purpose and benefit forever. The Mortgage Certificate required by Article 3328 of the Civil Code of this State is hereby dispensed with and me Notary held hereby harmless for its non-production with the passage of this act. This done and passed on the Day and date herein before written in the presence of W. R. Alexander and J.
