                    West Carroll School Board Meeting
                          Oak Grove, Louisiana


President: R.A. Everett
Supt:O.E. Huey

At a special meeting of the West Carroll Parish School Boardd, hled June 27, 
1933, the following motion was made by Mr. Fryday and seconded by Dr. Bailey;
      " That the bid of $5.00 for the old school site at Bayou Macon, by the 
Bayou Macon Baptist Church, be accepted."

On being put to a vote, all members voting yes, the motion was declared 
adopted.  All members were present and voted. 

I do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of the motion 
unaimously adoped on the 27 day of June, 1933.
