West Carroll Gazette-Oak Grove, La. December 29, 1938
  Funeral service for Alban E. Larkin, who died at his home at Epps Monday, 
December 19, after an illness of several months duration, was conducted 
Tuesday afternoon from the family residence with the Rev. A.L. Russell, pastor 
of the Epps Baptist Church, officiating.  Interment was in the Forest Cemetery.
  He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Cliford, of Ohio.
