West Carroll Gazette-Oak Grove, La. October 17, 1938
  Burial services for Odie Collins, 42 year old World War veteran, who died at 
his home near Kilbourne saturday afternoon, were conducted with full military 
honors at the Kilbourne cemetery, Sunday at 3:30 p.m. The Rev. Strong 
officiated during the rites.
  The services were in charge of the Catron-Kelly post of the American Legion 
with members serving as pallbearers.
  The deceased ex-service man is survived by his wife and two children.
