Bonner Succumbs, Rites Slated Saturday OAK GROVE (Special) Mrs. Lucy V Bonner, age 64, died last night in an Oak Grove clinic. Her home was north of Goodwill community, where she had lived for several years. Funeral services will be conducted by Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove and the body will lie in state in the Bonner home at Goodwill. Six sons survive Mrs. Bonner. They are Floyce Bonner and Owen Bonner of Oak Grove, Joseph Bonner of Portland, Ore; Wilbur Bonner of Bastrop, Huey Bonner and W.C. Bonner, Jr. of Greenville, Miss. Also surviving her are three daughters, Mrs. Artie Lee Barbee of Taft, Texas, Mrs. Lou Ella Sasser, Oak Grove, and Mrs. L.V. Collins of Bastrop; two brothers, James Raymond and Robert Lee Raymond of Oak Grove; two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Mae Millis Shreveport and Mrs. Nannie Jane Dye of Oak Grove. She was the grandmother of 42 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Service have been scheduled to be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Goodwill Church of God with Rev. Murrel Kennedy officiating. Assisting ministers will be Rev. Paul Lett of Goodwill and Rev. Revere Cook of Bastrop. Interment will be in the Ravan Cemetery. Pallbearers named are Keith Fowler, Ralph Benton, Victor Wright, Jerry Porter, Herschel Tyson and Basil McIntyre.
