                     William Henry Brown

Final services for William Henry Brown, 90, who died in Lake Provi-
dence Friday, were conducted Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock from 
the Methodist church here.

The Rev. R.L. Clayton officiated at the ceremonies and interment
followed in the Forest community cemetery under the direction of
Catron-Gay Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Mattie, Oak Grove; three sons, W.T.,
R.P., and M.D. Brown all of Oak Grove; five daughters, Mrs. C.B.
Blair, Magee, Miss., Mrs. Carl Brown, Lake Providence, Mrs. B.E.
Grace, Corpus Christi, Texas, Mrs. Keith Stainbrook, Vicksburg,
Miss. Mrs. Clarence Roberts, Texas City, Texas; 27 grandchildren
and 24 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Carl, Howard, Felix, Raymond and Charles Brown,
Burnett Blair, Robert Hurley and C.P. Prather.
