EPPS -- Funeral services for John Woodard Hinton, 64, of Epps, will be at 10 
a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Delhi with the Rev. 
J. P. Harvey officiating.

Burial will be in Epps Cemetery.

Mr. Hinton died early Monday at Richland Nursing Home in Delhi after a lengthy 
illness.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. D. O. Sutterfield of Jarreau; three 
brothers, Julious T. Hinton and Marvin Hinton of Epps and Floyd Hinton of 
Dallas, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Johnny Plunkett of Epps and Mrs. Lily Waters of 
Ringgold; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one great-great-grandchild 
and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Garland Traxler, Inman Powell, Willie Young, Charles 
Varner, Loyce McDermitt, and James Scott.  

Additional Comments:
John Woodard HINTON III was the son of John Woodard HINTON Jr & Annie Mae 
BECKHAM and husband of Hazeltine "Hassie" PLUNKETT.
