JIM H. HOLLAND, 72 expires on Monday; buried at Redwing

Funeral services weere held Tuesday afternoon from the Goodwill Church
of God for Jim H. Holland, 72, who died Monday in a Lake Providence
hospital.

Mr. Holland was a native of West Carroll Parish and had resided here
throughout his life.

Suvivors include his widow, Mrs. Agnes Holland, a daughter, Mrs. Gerald
Porter of Goodwill; five sisters, Mrs. Florence Pevytoe, Mrs. Josie 
Russell, Mrs. Betty Irby, all of Oak Grove, Mrs. Edith Bennett of Mer
Rouge and Mrs. Ruthie Orr of Monroe, a brother, George Holland of 
Canyonville, Ore. and two granddaughters.

Pallbearers were Mack McIntosh, James Dumas, Victor Wright, Harold West
and Everett Kennedy.
