HOLD RITES FOR MRS. JENKINS; BURIED AT REDWING

Funeral rites for Mrs. Elizabeth Catherine Jenkins, 88, of Oak Grove 
were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday from the chapel of First National 
Funeral home here.  Mrs. Jenkins expired early Sunday afternoon at
West Carroll Hospital following a lengthy illness.

The Rev. D. Smith and the Rev. M.W. Kennedy officiated at the rites.
Interment was in Redwing Cemetery.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Isabelle Smith of Oak Grove; five
sons, Jess McCullough and J.C. McCullough of Oak Grove, John H. 
McCullough of Richland, Wash., J.D. McCullough of Pioneer, and Arthur
McCullough of Arcadia, Calif.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Carrie Hammontree
of Bastrop; two sisters, Mrs. Emily Greer of Oak Grove and Mrs. Amanda
Wicker of Los Angles, Calif., 36 grandchildren; a host of great-grand-
children and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were James Strong, Basil McLemore, Bliss Green, Victor
Wright, Ben Bennett and B.E. McIntyre.
