Obit: ALBERT MANGUM                                                              
 
Forest, La.
Services for Mr. Albert Mangum, 
77, of Forest, will be held at 
10 AM Sat. June 11, 1983 at the
Wellman Funeral Home Chapel in
Shreveport, La.  The Rev. Martin 
J. Salisburg, pastor of Benson
Baptist Church in Stonewall, La.
will officiate.  Burial and grave-side
services will be at 4 PM Sat. at
Old Forest Cem. in Forest.
Mr. Mangum died Wed. June 8, 1983
at South Park Hospital after a lengthy 
illness.  He was born in Mendenhall, Ms.
and prior to moving to Stonewall, La.
five years ago, resided in Forest, La.
most of his life.  
He is survived by his wife, Vesta, of
Shreveport, two sons, Floyd Mangum 
of Stonewall, and Troyce of Haughton,
La.: one daughter, Doris Lowe, of Gloster
La.; one sister, Callie Pennington, of 
Shreveport; and four Grand-Children.
