RINEHART, SR. OAK GROVE - Services for James D. Rinehart, Sr., 58, will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. George Sherman officiating. Burial will be in New Forest Cemetery in Forest. Mr. Rinehart died Tuesday, October 27, 1981 in Lincoln General Hospital after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of West Carroll Parish and an accountant for the past 18 years at Brown and Root Construction Co. A veteran of World War II, he served as a glider pilot in the 439th Carrier Group, U. S. Army Air Corp. He was a member of the National World War II Glider Pilot Association, the Veteran of Foreign Wars, post 3977 of Oak Grove, and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Rinehart of Pioneer; three sons, Kenneth Rinehart of Sacramento, California; James D. Rinehart, Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas; and Donald W. Rinehart of Monroe; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy R. Gotte of Dallas, Texas; and Mrs. Flo Myers of Texas; his father, James S. Rinehart of Oak Grove; his mother Mrs. Ruby Rinehart of Jackson, Mississippi; two brothers, Robert Rinehart of Bogalusa and Johnny Rinehart of Oak Grove; two sisters Mrs. Jeanne Moulder of Jackson, Mississippi; and Mrs. Midge Melton of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and eight grandchildren. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
