William Estes Roach

Funeral services for William Estes Roach, age 80 years, of
Bastrop, were held Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at Brown-Holley
Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove with Reverend Rocky Stephens
officiating.

Burial followed in Forest Cemetery under the direction of Brown-
Holley Funeral Home of Oak Grove.

William Estes Roach died Sunday, June 4, at St. Francis Medical 
Center following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Roach was a retired trimmer for International Paper in Bastrop.

Survivors include brothers and sister-in-law, henry Roach and wife,
Mattie, of Shreveport and Alex J. Roach and wife Betty of Mobile,
Alabama; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers were David Holmes, Ricky Holmes, Bruce Castilaw, Leonard
Street, Donald "Bubba" Jones and David Entrican.
