Kilbourne Lady dies at home of Son

Mrs. Ellen Strong, 80, died at the home of her son, E.A. Strong,
living near Kilbourne, Sunday night.Funeral services were held in
Forest Cemetery Monday afternoon, March 10, with Rev. A.S.J. Niel, 
pastor of Oak Grove Methodist Church officiating.

Mrs. Strong came to West Carroll with her son in 1928 and lived with 
him since that time.

She is survived by five sons, J.B. Strong of Mounds, A.E., B.S.,
W.L., and R.L. Strong of this parish, one daughter, Mrs. Emma Templeton
of Rayville, a brother, D.A. Owen of Utica, Miss., a sister, Mrs.Willie
McCloud of Texas and a number of grandchildren.

The Gazette extends sympathy.
