COX FUNERAL HOME - March 28, 2004
TENNIE CLYDEL WELCH

Funeral services for Tennie Clydel Welch, age 77, of Oak Grove, Louisiana will 
be held at 2PM on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in 
Oak Grove with Rev. Paul Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak 
Grove Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.

Mrs. Welch died Sunday, March, 28, 2004 at the Richardson Medical Center in 
Rayville, Louisiana.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa Welch Norman and 
Stephen Wayne Norman of Richland Hills, Texas; granddaughter, Stephanie Louise 
Norman of Ft. Worth, Texas; 2 grandsons, Cory Wayne Norman and John Paul 
Norman of Ft. Worth, Texas; 4 great grandchildren, Joshua Andrew Davis, Carley 
Michelle Norman, Destany Nicole Norman and Logan Cortez Norman all of Ft. 
Worth, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Holmes Welch and her parents, 
Samuel Dixson Hollingsworth and Ola Hollingsworth.

Pallbearers are: Lynn Carr, Shawn Ross, Kenneth King, Kevin King, Jack Madden 
and David Acreman.

Departed on Mar. 28, 2004 and resided in Oak Grove, LA.
