A longtime resident of West Feliciana Parish, Foster Bailey died at 9:30 PM, 
Friday October 31, 2008.

He was a US Navy veteran and a native of Baton Rouge.  Religious services were 
at St. James Episcopal Church of Baton Rouge on Wed Nov 5, 2008 conducted by 
the Rev. Mark Holland.

Foster was prededed in death by his parents, Fairfax Foster Bailey and James 
J. Bailey Jr.

He was survived by a brother and sister, a niece and four nephews.

Arrangements by Rabenhorst Funeral Home.

Particular thanks went to St. James Place and longtime friends, Eloise M. and 
Mike R.

In Lieu of flowers donatations were requested made to St. James Place or 
Hospice of Baton Rouge.
