Bayou Sara, Louisiana July 6, 1912 Page 2 The death of Mr. Bernard Teutsch following so closely the passing of his sister, Mrs. F. Blum of New Orleans, is doubly tragic. He was a sick man when he went to New Orleans last week on account of the death of his sister. Arriving there, he became worse, and was taken to Touro for an operation. His death followed Wednesday, July 3rd, at 12:30 p. m. The funeral took place here on arrival of Thursday morning's train. He was followed to the grave in Hebrew Rest by a procession of long-time friends. His brother, Herman Teutsch, who is very ill, his sister, Mrs. Goldman, are his nearest relatives residing in St. Francisville. They have the sympathy of the community in the successive blows that Death has dealt them, but which they are bearing with admirable courage and fortitude.
