W Wiley Randolph was born Nov. 4, 1875. He was reared in the parish and educated her schools and then attended the State Normal, and then took a course in law. Two diplomas grace his conscious possession and he is one of the well equipped and strong professional young men of this section. He began the practice of law in 1902 and has made uninterrupted progress all the while since then. He is a Baptist and is also a Mason and Knight of Pythias, even tempered and calculating. No young man here has a better foundation laid for large success. He thinks this country is destined to a great future and is willing to go his full length in investment here.
