Old Beech Creek Baptist Church Cemetery was read by Bill & Polly Holly on
March 30, 1998.  This cemetery lies in the woods at the end of a dirt lane to
the left of the Beech Creek Baptist Church. The church is North of LA 124 in
Winn Parish, just West of the Winn Parish-LaSalle Parish line.

Notes: At the entrance there is a concrete grave marker with markings we
could not bring out.  What appeared to be two foot markers were laying next to
the marker. One bore the letters "C.L.B.", the other bore the letters
"A.V.B.".  These were fairly close to the grave of Martha Jane Bass.

There was a depression, in another area of the cemetery, that appeared to
be a grave but there was no marker.

Briley's Memorial History & Cemetery Directory of Winn Parish, LA
incorrectly reflects all of the graves listed above, with the exception of the
Willis infant, as being in the Union Springs Cemetery, West of Dodson, LA.
