Claire Russell Winn's 'Student of the Year'

Claire Casimir Russell, an eight grader at Winnfield Middle School, has
participated in 4-H Club, Science Club, Beta Club, Gifted and Talented Art,
Gifted and Talented Academics, school newspaper, cheerleading, intermural
volleyball, youth choir, Special Olympics, lost/found/WMS, Arbor Day Face
Painting, Rotary Club Hospital Christmas project, Math-A-Thon, Bike-A-Thon,
Jump For Your Heart.

She has received special recognitions and awards including: Overall Grand
Award, Louisiana Science Fair, Reserve Grand Award, Louisiana Science Fair,
La. State alternate, International Science and Engineering Fair, Ft. Worth;
