Shelton Is Holding Old-Time Revival At Tullos Morning Services Will Be held From 9:15 Until 10:00; Evening Services at 7:45 L. R. Shelton, evangelist, from New Orleans, and well known in Winnfield is conducting an old-time Baptist brush arbor revival at Tullos. The services will last two weeks. He is being assisted by the pator (sic) of the Tullos church, who is the Rev. C. E. Autrey. Morning services are held from 9:15 until 10:00 o'clock. Evening services are held at 7:45. Mr. Shelton extends a special invitation to his Winn Parish friends to attend the meeting. (Submitter note: L. R. Shelton was born in Winn Parish and joined the Sardis Baptist Church in 1909. He became well known for his weekly radio broadcasts during the 1940's and '50's, called the "Voice of Truth," that are still re- broadcast on some stations.) (Submitted by John W.
