Winnfield, LA.

I, J. J. Peters, M. D., Deputy Coroner of the Parish of Winn, having been
notified of the death of James Henry, and having viewed the body of the
said James Henry, and made inquiry respecting the death, do certify that I
am satisfied that no guilt attaches to any person by reason thereof and
that an inquest is unnecessary.
