"Buddy" Jordan as supervisor of uniformed deputies and Greggory E. Davies as criminal investigator for the Winn Parish Sheriff's Office. Deputy Jordan's new responsibilities will include maintenance of patrol cars and making out of the work schedule. He has been employed as a line deputy with the department since July 1, 1976. Jordan is a 1960 graduate of Winnfield High School and is a member of the Louisiana National Guard where he holds the rank of staff sergeant. "I am positive that Buddy will perform to the best of his ability in his new assignment as he is practical, efficient, and fair," stated Sheriff Page. Jordan, a resident of Sikes, is married to the former Martha Jane Smith and they have two sons, Jay and Scott. Deputy Davies who resides in Westwood Subdivision, is a 1971 graduate of Winnfield High School and holds a B. A. Degree in criminal justice from Northeast Louisiana University. Davies is married to the former Linda Harbin of Shreveport and they have one daughter, Stephanie. "Gregg will be in charge of all criminal investigations and because of his experience and educational background, will offer Winn Parish a well qualified person in this position," stated Sheriff Page.
