I, J. J. Peters, Dy. Coroner of the Parish of Winn, having been notified of
the death of J. T. Payne and having reviewed the body of the said J. T. Payne,
and made inquiry respecting death, do certify that I am satisfied no guilt
attaches to any person by reason thereof, and that an inquest is unnecessary.
