December 13, 1919

I, J. J. Peters, M. D., Dy. Coroner of the Parish of Winn, having been
notified of the death of Jim Smith, and having reviewed the body of the
said Jim Smith, and made inquiry respecting the death, do certify that I
am satisfied that no guilt attaches to any person by reason thereof and
that an inquest is unnecessary.
