Courthouse, Winnfield, LA.

I, J. J. Peters, Coroner of the Parish of Winn, having been notified of
the death of Willie Vail, and having viewed the body of the said Willie
Vail, and made inquiry respecting the death, do certify, that I am
satisfied that no guilt attaches to any person by reason thereof, and that
an inquest is unnecessary.
