Coroner's Inquest of Death of Ray Willis State of Louisiana Parish of Winn An Inquisition taken at Winnfield, in the State and Parish aforesaid, on the 22nd day of November, 1933, before the Coroner of the Parish aforesaid, upon view of the body of one Ray Willis, there lying dead. The Jurors, whose names are hereunto subscribed, having been duly sworn to inquire, on behalf of the State, when and by what means the said Ray Willis came to his death, upon their oath, do say: That, the said Ray Willis, came to his death on the night of November 18th, A. D., 1933, in the Parish of Winn, State of Louisiana, from wounds received resulting from the collision of car in which said Ray Willis was riding and truck driven by one Norman C. Morgan, who was driving same in such a careless and reckless manner and in such a physical and drunken condition that the lives of all human beings meeting said truck were in danger. Same being directly responsible for the death of said Ray Willis. We recommend that the said Norman C. Morgan be held without bond.
