STATE OF LOUISIANA PARISH OF WINN KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Collins, widow of J.H. Collins, deceased, and herein dealing with my own separate and paraphernal property, inherited from my deceased father and mother, Jimmie Walker and Mary Jane Walker, both deceased, for and in consideration of the price and sum hereinafter expressed, do declare: That she has this day divided the N « of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 8, Township 12, North Range 4 West, into three equal parts, with lines running North and South, the West 1/3 being designated as Lot 1; the middle 1/3 as Lot 2, and the East 1/3 as Lot 3, each lot containing 6.666 acres, more or less. That, for and in consideration of the price and sum of Seventy- Five Dollars, Cash in hand paid to her, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, she has and does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, set-over and deliver, as follows: (1). To Mrs. Hattie Collins Adams, wife of J.N. Adams, with whome she is now living and residing, Lot No. 1, being the W. 1/3 of said N « of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 8, Twp. 12 N. R. 4 West, containing 6.666 acres, more or less, of which price she has paid the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. (2). To Henry Collins, a single man, never having been married, Lot No. 3, being the E. 1/3 of said N « of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 8, Twp. 12 N. R. 4 West, containing 6.666 acres, more or less, of which price he has paid the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. (3). To John Collins, a single man, never having been married, Lot No. 2, being the Middle 1/3 of said N « of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 8, Twp. 12 N. R. 4 West, containing 6.666 acres, more or less, of which price he has paid the sum of Twenty-Five dollars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. A plat showing the said division is ehreto attached and made part hereof. To have and to hold said described respective tracts unto said purchasers, their heirs and assigns forever. Said sales and conveyances made with full and general warranty of title, and with full and complete transfer and subrogation of all rights and actions of warranty held therein by said vendor. The mortgage certificate is waived by the parties. Certificate of payment of taxes by the Sheriff and Ex-Officio Tax Collector is hereto annexed and made part hereof.
