Weems } State of Louisiana To } Parish of Winn S. J. Weems } KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, J. J. Weems, a resident of the State of Louisiana, Parish of Winn, have this day bargained and sold and by these presents do hereby bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto S. J. Weems, a resident of Winn Parish, State of Louisiana the following described as follows to-wit: S 1/2 of NE 1/4 Sec. 9, Tp. 10 N. R. 1 E. La. Mer, together with all the improvements thereon, said land sold with full legal warranty of title and will full subrogation to all rights of warranty, and all other rights held therein by said vendor. The consideration for which this sale is made, is the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, cash in hand paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
