T.] Hudson married to Anna Curry; Ada Hudson married to Wiley Brister; Ida Hudson TO Joe Parker; all of Winn Parish, LA. has sold and does by these presents, for the price and on the terms and conditions below expressed, sell, convey, transfer and deliver, with warranty of title against all persons lawfully claiming by, through or under them unto The Urania Lumber Co. Ltd., all and singular, the following described real estate situated in the Parish of Winn, State of Louisiana, viz: West half of South East Quarter Section Four Township Eleven North Range one Wedt, La. mer. containing 80 acres more or less, together with all rights, ways, privilege, and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining, to have and to hold the said property unto the said purchaser and unto their heirs, successors and assigns forever. This sale and conveyance is made and accepted for and in consideration of the price and sum of Eight Hundred dollars, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and a full acquittance is hereby granted and given thereof. I omitted the name of the "Clerk & Ex-Officio Recorder" who signed this because I couldn't read the signature. It looked like "C.S. Warswact." Mrs. Sallie H. Hudson named here was Sallie H. KEYS HUDSON, born in Smith Co., MS in May 1849. Her parents were Benjamin and Nancy KEYS. She married John S. HUDSON, also of Smith Co., MS. Their children named in the above document were the following: Benjamin HUDSON, born Jan 1883 William Thomas HUDSON, born Feb 1886 Nancy Ada HUDSON, born Apr 1888 in MS; married first Spurge TAYLOR, married second Wiley Egbert BRISTER (widower of Sarah Ellen ADAMS), 1918, at Royal, Winn Parish; died 29 Dec 1933 at Sikes, buried Sikes Baptist Church Cemetery, Winn Parish. Wiley Egbert BRISTER died 04 Sep 1931, buried James Cemetery, Winn Parish. (Ada and Wiley are my maternal grandparents.)
