FINAL PROOF NOTICE
Land Office at New Orleans, La.,
August 8, 1901.
     Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice
of his intention to make commutation proof under Sect 2801 R. (B.?) S. in
support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before J. T. Wallace,
U. S. Com., at Winnfield, La., on Sept 14, 1901, viz:
     Jesse R. Tullos H. E. No, 23314 for the west half of southeast quarter &
east half of southwest quarter Sec 7 T 10 N R 1 E La. Mer.
     He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon
and cultivation of said land, viz:
     W. W. Thompson, Martin Haddox, Houston Williams, A. J. Couch, all of Winn 
Parish, La.
