Attached to the information is a letter from Congressman N. C. Blanchard of LA 

asking the commissioner of Indian Affairs to assist the applicants, dated 3-29-

1893. On the archives record is stamped "10731 Office of Indian Affairs Rec'd 

Mar 22, 1893".
