  I,hereby certify that there is no property assessed in the name of
  Mrs Mary Branch,shown on the assessment rolls of said parish of
  Winn,dating from 1895,to the present time.That the said Mrs Mary
  Branch,is only interested in 160 acres of land in said parish,
  owning a one half interest in the same.The said lands being
  assessed in the name of the estate of T.Branch;Each of said
  assessment rolls showing the same.
