These quotas must be subscribed by June 28th, all the rest of the year to pay it. The Government must have money to fight Germany with. If we do not loan the money, the Government will conscript our wealth, as she has our boys. Are we patriots or slackers? We must now answer the question. Our boys are giving their lives on the battlefields of France for the freedom of the world. It is our solemn duty to back them up, and we must do it.
