Captain Forrester Reported Wounded At New Guinea


Captain Bailey Forrester, Army Chaplain, has been wounded in the line of duty
on New Guinea, according to information received by his friends in Winnfield
last week.

For several years before entering service, Captain Forrester was music and
educational director at the First Baptist Church in Winnfield.  He was
assisted by his wife, the former Miss Evelyn Wardlaw, who was church
secretary.  Mrs. Forrester is residing at this time with her mother, Mrs. S.
A. Wardlaw, at Waco, Texas.
