Receives Award

1st Lt. R. Hugh Simmons returned to the United States September 15, after duty
with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Shortly before departure from the war
theater he received a bronze medal award for meritorious service under enemy
aggression.  He is on Active Reserve for a period of four years.
