Cpl. Willie W. Neal Wounded in Korea

Cpl. Willie W. Neal, former employee of Oakland Courts and Milam's Home
Furniture, was wounded in action in Korea about a month ago, and was listed in
the War Department's report last Sunday.

Cpl. Neal, who was reared in Laurel Heights by his grandmother, Mrs. Laura
M. Truscott, now of Goldonna, attended school here and worked for local
business houses until he entered service about two years ago.

He is a nephew of Mrs. Cecil Bedgood of Winnfield.
