Moss Named FHLB Director

Joseph E. Settle, President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Little Rock, has
announced the election of Cas B. Moss of Winnfield, Louisiana, to the Board of
Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Little Rock for a two-year term.

Moss, Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Winnfield, Louisiana, joined the association in 1958 after serving as an
officer in the U. S. Navy.

A graduate of Louisiana State University Law School at Baton Rouge, Moss is
currently President of the Winn Parish Bar Association.  He has been a member,
as well as President of the Winn Parish School Board.  He is also a member of
the Louisiana State University Foundation.
