Paid Political Advertisement

To The People Of Winn Parish:

We, the employees of  the State Highway Department in Winn Parish, want the
people of Louisiana to know that we have never been asked to make a
contribution to Governor Earl K. Long of to the State Administration for a
political campaign or any other purppose.  The irresponsible charges which
have been made by those opposing Judge Spaht to the effect that state
employees have been forced or "requested" to make political donations are
utterly false and without a word of truth.  This statement is published that
you may know the truth.
