Until December, 1937, both Mrs. Flint and her son had supposed each other dead. They had not seen or heard from each other in about 18 or 19 years when Mr. Trokee visited his mother last at Wyatt, La. Mr. Trokee is the oldest child of his mother's first marriage and states he is seventy-one years of age. Mr. Trokee was delighted to learn, while in a New Orleans sanitarium in December, that his mother was still living and almost a close neighbor to him. They are enjoying their visit and hope to see each other quite often in the future. While there, Mr. Trokee is also visiting his sister, Mrs. Bob Carver, who he hasn't seen for about 30 years.
