Simmons Brothers Honored At Dinner

On Sunday, September 27, Guy Simmons of Winnfield, and M. V. Simmons of West
Monroe, were treated to a birthday dinner at Cheniere Lake Park at West
Monroe.

The early festivities marked Guy's 83rd birthday on October 15, and Vincent's
90th birthday on November 8.

They are the surviving children of the late William Mason Simmons and Sarah
Fox Simmons of Sikes.

Those enjoying the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Lester Walker of Winnfield, Mrs.
Olline King of Dodson, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Green and Sandra, Mrs. Elaine Culver
of Gaar's Mill; Mrs. Avis Tucker, Jackie Tucker, Jerry Tucker, Mr. and Mrs.
Jimmie Tucker, Mrs. Opal Simmons, Mr. and Mrs. Sonny McDaniel, Angela, Kevin,
and Michael, all of Sikes.
