Louisiana Queens attending the Mardi Gras Festival in Washington, D. C., Feb.
25-27, which is sponsored by the Louisiana Society.

Miss Mixon is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Mixon, Sr., of Winnfield.
