Peggy Keiffer In National Top 10

Peggy Keiffer of Wheeling in Winn Parish, riding her George's Sorrel (Red)
placed in the top 10 among 37 ropers in breakaway roping in national
quarter horse competition in Tulsa, August 5-9.  In the final go-round she
took ninth.  She also placed 13th in tie-down roping out of the 29 ropers in
the U.S.A.  She was the only girl in the event.
