We also state that we will protect them so long as they conduct themselves in orderly and proper manner, while living in the community. We give this as a warning to those who are not or may hereafter interfere with the colored labor who may be employed by the citizens of this community and suggest to them that such interference cease at once or steps will be taken in the matter to have the colored labor protected in the community.
