Adams died March 17th inst., apparently with the same disease that has been so destructive to the Adams family of late. His death, making the fourth in the space of three weeks. As soon as it was ascertained that he was dying, Dr. Brian, who was attending the case sent for Dr. Kelly, who, in the company with young Hardy Brian, a student of medicine, repaired to the residence of Mr. Adams, and the two physicians above named, held an autopsy of the dead body, in order to ascertain if possible, what could be the disease. On examination of the brain, it was found that the disease was Cerebro Meningitis. Additional Comments: This must be Mr. J. B. Adams instead of W. B. as it pertains to the article in the Southern Sentinel of March 13, 1885 of Sallie Adams.
