Mrs. T. F. Adams Of Sikes Is Buried At Hurricane Grove

Funeral services for Mrs. T. F. Adams, 64 year old Sikes native who died at
1:50 a.m. Friday in a Urania clinic, were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the
Hurricane Grove Baptist church.  The Rev. B. G. Dyess and Rev. Doris Dearman
officiated.

Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

She was a lifelong resident of Winn Parish and a member of the Shady Grove
Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, John of Sikes, Marshall of
California, Ferrell of Merryville, Jack of Hawaii, Roger of Sikes; seven
daughters, Mrs. M. L. McCarty of Pollock, Mrs. Audie Mays of Urania, Mrs.
Christine Mays of Grayson, Mrs. Paul Sanders of West Monroe, Mrs. Roy Thompson
of Merryville, Mrs. Jimmy Jones of Olla; three brothers, Harvey Boles of
Joyce, C. L. Boles of Many, and Alex Boles of Ruston; and one sister, Mrs.
Mattie Greer of Wyatt; 30 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
